Order receive hone ke baad 24–48 hours ke andar process kiya jata hai. Weekend ya holidays me processing delay ho sakta hai.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time aapke location par depend karta hai. Normally 3–7 working days lagte hain. Remote areas me thoda extra time lag sakta hai.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges product ya location ke hisaab se alag ho sakte hain. Kuch products par free shipping bhi available ho sakti hai.
4. Order Tracking
Order dispatch hone ke baad aapko tracking details WhatsApp ya call ke through share ki jayengi.
5. Delays
Courier issue, weather ya unexpected situations ki wajah se delivery delay ho sakta hai. Iske liye Atulmart responsible nahi hoga lekin hum aapki help karenge.
6. Incorrect Address
Agar customer galat address deta hai to delivery fail ho sakti hai. Aise case me re-shipping charges lag sakte hain.
