Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Agar aapko damaged, defective ya wrong product mila hai to aap return ya replacement ke liye contact kar sakte hain. Product unused aur original condition me hona chahiye.
2. Return Request Time
Return request product receive hone ke 2–3 din ke andar raise karni hogi. Delay hone par request accept na bhi ki ja sakti hai.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Kuch products return ke liye eligible nahi hote, jaise used items, custom products ya customer damage wale items.
4. Replacement Policy
Agar same product available hoga to replacement diya ja sakta hai. Agar stock available nahi hua to suitable solution ya refund process discuss kiya jayega.
5. Refund Process
Approved return ke baad refund process start kiya jayega. Refund complete hone me payment method ke hisaab se kuch working days lag sakte hain.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping case ke hisaab se decide hogi. Agar galti hamari taraf se hai to support provide kiya jayega.
